By accessing or using the America's Billiards League (ABL) NorCal website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. League Rules and Conduct

All participants in ABL NorCal events and leagues are subject to our official rulebook and code of conduct. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any member who violates these rules or engages in unsportsmanlike conduct.

3. Registration and Payments

When registering for a team or as a free agent, you agree to provide accurate information. Registration fees and league dues are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise or approved by a league operator.

4. Limitation of Liability

ABL NorCal and its host locations are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during league play or at any host location. Players participate at their own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site and participation in our leagues constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
